A “waffle maestro” is hosting a pop-up for the month.
The Waffle Market is at White Cloud Café in Brighton serving sweet and savoury waffles.
The month-long outlet at the Circus Street site comes as the café looks to celebrate International Waffle Day on March 25.
Ariane Aubry, who set up The Waffle Market from a horse box, said: “‘With a dining and events background, including working with Marco Pierre-White and my own French chef father, I have experimented and found the perfect batter recipe combined with scrumptious savoury and sweet toppings, including local produce.

“Forget your preconceived notion of waffles - at The Waffle Market, we offer a whole new dining experience! All our waffles, sauces, and seasonings are homemade and delicious, and we carefully craft our dishes, so each one is a work of art.”
Brighton-born Ariane set up The Waffle Market in a converted horse box and has served dishes at events including at Goodwood and Royal Ascot.
The pop-up is serving sweet and savoury waffles including vegetarian and vegan options.
The Waffle Market is at White Cloud Café in Circus Street until the end of March.
