A burger chain has brought back a firm flavour favourite for its monthly special.
Honest Burgers, which has a restaurant in Duke Street, Brighton, has chosen to reintroduce its truffle burger for this month’s special.
The burger was a special from 2022 and the company collaborated with Truffle Guys to bring it back.
Made with Honest beef, taleggio cheese, smoked streaky bacon, white truffle mayo, truffled shoestring fries, rocket, and pickles, the burger is a "must-try" for all truffle enthusiasts this spring.
In addition to the truffle burger, every order includes homemade rosemary chips as the default option, with the flexibility to switch to coleslaw or salad.
