Fatboy Slim was among fans who witnessed a nerve-wracking victory for Albion over Nottingham Forest.

The DJ, real name Norman Cook, was in Rome for a gig after Brighton's 4-0 loss at Roma in the Europa League.

Roberto De Zerbi's side managed to overcome that European disappointment with a tense 1-0 win over Forest.

The Seagulls had lost their previous three games in a row, conceding eight goals and scoring none in the progress.

Forest defender Andrew Omobamidele headed in a Pascal Gross set piece 29 minutes in to give Albion the lead.

It was a game of few chances, although Albion did have to rely on Bart Verbruggen who made two good saves to deny Forest an equaliser.
