A premium chocolate shop is opening a new branch which will have its own café. 

Hotel Chocolat in West Street, Horsham, will welcome customers when it opens its doors for the first time on March 23. 

It will have a café serving hot chocolates and other drinks.

Customers can choose from thousands of combinations to personalise their drink including 18 flavours served hot, over ice or as a chocolate shake with dairy milk or a plant-based alternative, plus a variety of toppings.

The branch is in a 1,840 sqft unit and has space for ten people to sit in.

Frankie Haynes, sales director at Hotel Chocolat, said: “After opening nine stores last year in 2023, we’re continuing to drive forward in making retail experiences that much more enjoyable with the opening of our latest Hotel Chocolat at Horsham opening this March.

“Whether our customers are after a relaxing drink in one of our Velvetiser Cafes or would like to explore our range of top-quality chocolate, this new store offers guests the opportunity to shop at a more leisurely pace.

“Physical stores are extremely attractive, this latest opening is part of our plans to launch many more stores across the country in the next three to five years.”
