People have been told to "act now" after severe flood warnings were issued.
Across the county, there are currently eight flood alerts and two severe red flood warnings in place.
The Environment Agency says that these severe warnings mean there could be a "danger to life".

This means people should prepare, stay away from flooded areas and have a charged phone in case they need to call the emergency services.
The red severe warnings are currently in place in Bersted on the Aldingbourne Rife, near Bognor, and the Bulverhythe area near the Combe Haven river in Hastings.

Across other parts of the county, orange flood alerts are also in place.
This means people should prepare for possible flooding in the following areas:
- West Dean, Singleton, Charlton, East Dean and Chilgrove (near Chichester)
- Western Rother (near Midhurst)
- River Lavant (near Chichester)
- Aldingbourne and Barnham Rifes
- River Adur East branch (near Burgess Hill)
- Patcham
- Upper Ouse (near Haywards Heath)
- Combe Haven (near Hastings)
The warnings come after days of adverse weather, including heavy rain and windy conditions.
On Friday morning, a weather warning was in place as strong winds battered the county's coastline.
