A hospice has been given more than £130,000 by a housing developer.
The cash gift to St Barnabas House in Worthing came from fundraising events including a charity golf day, an evening gala and a sponsored South Coast walk.
Barratt David Wilson Homes raised £138,982 for the hospice which supports people in end-of-life care. St Barnabas said the donation was "record-breaking".

Hannah Seltzer, partnerships engagement manager at St Barnabas, said: "We are blown away by the support from Barratt David Wilson Homes.
"This is a record-breaking donation for St Barnabas House and it is fantastic that it has been raised in just one year.
"We are so pleased to have worked together in this charity partnership."
Julian Hodder, boss of Barratt David Wilson Southern Counties, said: "Last year was particularly challenging for charities relying on donations and I am incredibly proud of our team for all their fundraising efforts.
"St Barnabas House is a fantastic charity that supports local families across the region and we hope this donation will support its invaluable work."
