A city centre coffee shop in a former bank has closed down after more than three years.
Mikel Coffee in Western Road has closed after opening in Brighton in November 2020.
Property signs now sit in the window of the ornate façade of the building, which had previously sat empty for over a year.
A listing for the property on the website of agents Newlands says that the property is for let having most recently been used as a coffee shop.
The site sits at more than 1,900 square feet and is described as having “imposing frontage offering an excellent company profile”.
The business is listed as "temporarily closed" on Google.
The Western Road store was historically a bank but was changed in October 2019 when a planning application changed its use from “financial service” to a restaurant.
