A Tesco superstore has closed temporarily after its car park flooded for the third time in a year.
The supermarket giant said its branch in Shripney Road, Bognor, was closed all week due to the flooding.
The store was closed for around three weeks after the car park flooded on October 29 due to Storm Ciaran and Storm Babet.
Tesco’s website states that the store is closed all week, while the petrol station is closed until midnight on Thursday.
A Tesco spokesman said: “We are working to reopen our Bognor superstore as quickly as possible following the recent flooding. We apologise for the inconvenience.”
The spokesman confirmed that the store, pharmacy, petrol station and home delivery orders were unavailable. No reopening date was confirmed.
