A new housing development is having an open day this Saturday.
The Wharf 21 development, in Brighton Road, Shoreham, is a mix of one and two-bedroom flats.
The homes, which are on the A259, are set to be sold under a shared ownership scheme by Southern Housing.
Shared ownership means people who cannot afford all of the deposit and mortgage payments for a home can buy a share of the property and pay rent to a landlord on the rest.

During the event on February 17, visitors can tour the show home and speak to a sales advisor and financial expert about the process.
The development is part of a designated regeneration area where hundreds of new homes are being built in the seaside town.
Southern Housing said they aim to create a "new sense of community".
The flats, which are right by the River Adur, each have individual balconies and come with fully equipped kitchens.
There will also be landscaped communal gardens for future homeowners to use.
The site came under scrutiny earlier this year by residents who believed the building works were making a whistling sound.
Some residents said that they had never heard the noise before despite "decades" of living in the town, and blamed the new development.
Southern Housing responded to these claims and said "we do not believe our Free Wharf site in Shoreham is creating a noise nuisance".
A total of 18 flats at the new development are currently still up for sale.
