A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after crashing into a bollard.
The incident happened in Kingston Lane, Southwick, at around 2.20pm yesterday.
Police were called to reports of a car crashing into a bollard.
Officers attended but the car had left the scene.

A Sussex Police spokesman said: “A 42-year-old man from Southwick was located nearby and arrested on suspicion of driving while over the prescribed limit of alcohol.
“He remains in custody at this time.”
The arrest is believed to have been made just over a mile away at Mariner Point in Brighton Road, Shoreham.
