Protesters of all ages have taken to the streets to highlight the number of children who have died in the Israel-Hamas conflict.
Trade union members and other demonstrators stood outside key political sites in Sussex calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.
The day of action on Wednesday also saw a group of children protesting outside Worthing West MP Peter Bottomley’s office calling for the end to fighting in the region.
Protesters called for an end to the war as well as highlighting the manufacturing of bomb racks at the L3Harris factory in Moulsecoomb, Brighton.
A group of some 15 children and their parents, members of Parents For Peace, also delivered a petition to Peter Bottomley at his constituency office.

The group marched from West Worthing railway station before hanging child’s clothing spelling out “ceasefire” in front of the building.
The petition called for an “immediate, permanent ceasefire”, “unfettered humanitarian access” to Gaza and the release of all hostages being held in the region by Hamas.
Other demonstrations were also held outside Peter Kyle’s office in Hove.
The protests were all part of a co-ordinated national day of action.
