A former teacher has been arrested over claims of historic sex abuse.
The 71-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of gross indecency with a child after four men reported being sexually assaulted as children at St Aubyn’s School in Rottingdean.
The alleged historic abuse took place between 1990 and 1995. Pupils at the school, which closed in 2013, were between the ages of three and 13.

A Sussex Police spokesman said that the 71-year-old man, a former teacher from Cardiff, was interviewed under caution and has been released on bail.
Officers are asking anyone who has information that could support the investigation, particularly pupils and staff at St Aubyn’s School around that time, to contact police online or via 101, quoting Operation Boundless.
