Coaches to London have now returned to Pool Valley following the Royal Albion Hotel fire.
National Express coaches were prevented from stopping at Pool Valley coach station after the hotel, located close to the bus stop, was partially gutted by a fire last summer.
Coaches had been stopping in Old Steine for several months while the site was made safe.
National Express has confirmed the Pool Valley has now reopened to passengers, operating from 5.30am until 10pm each day.
However, services will still stop at Stop D in Old Steine between 10pm and 5.30am.
Residents had previously complained that coaches had stopped outside homes along Old Steine at all hours of the day while the coach station was closed.
A spokeswoman for National Express said: “From January 15, our coach services returned to Pool Valley Coach Station for all arrivals and departures between 5.30am and 9.59pm.
“Services from 10pm and 5.29am will continue to operate at Old Steine Stop D, near Brighton Royal Pavilion, temporarily.”
