A toddler has been hit by a car in the city.
Police were called to reports that a child had been hit by a car in Springfield Road, Brighton, on Sunday (January 14).
The incident occurred at around 2.15pm and the driver did not stop at the scene.

A witness to the suspected hit-and-run described the vehicle as small and grey.
The child was taken to hospital and expected to make a full recovery from their injuries.
Sussex Police are asking anyone with information relating to the incident to contact them via their website or by calling 101 quoting reference 651 of 14/1.
