An e-fit image of a man alleged to have sexually assaulted a teenager has been released by police.
The 19-year-old woman was approached by an unknown man at around 10.30pm on Saturday, October 14, in the vicinity of Cedar Drive in Southwater, near Horsham.
She was assaulted, suffering injuries that needed medical treatment, and had cash stolen.
Police have now released an e-fit based on the man’s description.
He is a black man, 5ft 11in with facial hair, and was wearing a black tracksuit, black shoes and a black and red puffer jacket.
Any witnesses who saw anyone matching the description in the area at the time of the assault, or who may have captured relevant footage, is urged to contact police online or via 101, quoting serial 31 of 16/10.
