A clinic has been forced to lock its doors to ensure patient safety after youths went on a rampage outside.
Police responded to the antisocial behaviour at Shoreham Health Centre in Pond Road.
The clinic said a group of youths who regularly gather in the car park and lobby of the medical centre caused a "serious incident" involving a member of staff - which follows "several previous episodes" by the same group.

In response, the ground-level doors from the car park and from Western Road will be locked from 5 pm from now on.
The main entrance on the upper level of the clinic will be open until 6.30 pm.
A spokesman said: "We understand that this will cause inconvenience mainly to those of you needing a barrier-free access, and we are working on a safe system how to overcome this issue. Meantime, we would like to kindly ask you to use the ramp by the library to access the health centre. We will be keeping you updated.
"We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, however, the safety of our colleagues and our patients is paramount."
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "Police were called to reports of anti-social behaviour at Shoreham Health Centre, Pond Road, Shoreham at around 6pm on December 11.
"We are aware of this ongoing issue and continue to work with partners and the community to tackle anti-social behaviour in the area.
"We encourage anyone with any information on anti-social behaviour to report it online."
