A new chairman has been appointed at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Sean Duggan OBE will take over the reins from Peter Molyneux in April 2024.
Mr Duggan joins the trust from the NHS Confederation Mental Health Network where he has been chief executive since 2016.
"I am absolutely delighted to be appointed chairman to an organisation I respect and admire,” he said.

“As a Sussex resident for over 30 years, now with five grandchildren living locally, I want to play my part in continuing to improve health outcomes for our population, working with our system partners.
“I also want to help ensure our staff are valued and have every opportunity to flourish in their professional careers.”
Mr Molyneux congratulated his successor.
“His experience and energy will be an asset to the work of Sussex Partnership in meeting the needs of the local communities we serve in Sussex,” he said.
“It has been a privilege to hold the role of chairman at Sussex Partnership since 2018.
“The challenges facing public services are as tough now as I have ever known them. This makes it all the more important to draw upon the experience of people who use our services, and who work within them, in determining how we can continue to improve.”
