People transformed their beach huts into festive Christmas displays.
Displays were set up along Hove seafront between Hove Lawns and Grand Avenue on Saturday evening.
The free event was open between 4pm and 6pm.
Jean Ward, from Hove, was one of the people who enjoyed the display.
She said: “The main stretch was from the start of Hove Lawns to the bottom of Grand Avenue.
“I think there were just over a dozen displays, they were beautiful. The people were so friendly, they were giving sweets out and people were standing around chatting.
“They were very happy having the photos posted.
“I liked the white ones but they were all lovely to be honest. You could see a lot of work went into them, it wouldn’t be fair to pick one because people put a lot of effort in.
“I think because of the weather some of the displays didn’t happen. It was just a bit drizzly.
"Some of the beach huts were raising money."
