Brighton has been ranked as one of the top spots for foodies in the country.
The city was rated as the third best place to grab a bite to eat in the UK with a variety of vegan and veggie friendly offerings.
The city is topped only by London and Edinburgh.
Brighton scored particularly highly for its healthy food options.
The city was rated on the number of bars and pubs as well as restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide.
A spokesman from Solo Female Travelers Tours which conducted the research said: “It’s interesting to see which UK cities make the ranking, particularly with only a selection of the most populated cities across the nation making an appearance.
“The findings reflect the best locations for foodies to live, as well as suggesting the cities to visit that can make a fun day out.”
Brighton was also rated as the best foodie spot on the South Coast.
