Restaurants and cafes across the county are celebrating after scooping up Good Food Awards.
Four restaurants and three cafes in Sussex achieved the Blue Ribbon, which is based on high customer ratings.
The cafes received the awards based on their food quality, service and value for money.
Meanwhile, restaurants get the accolade to recognise "hard-working teams who strive for culinary excellence".
Founded in 2002, the awards are free to enter.
Businesses that receive high customer ratings and votes are awarded a Blue Ribbon, while the Gold Seal is awarded to businesses that achieve consistently top votes and customer ratings over three years.
