“We have seen a number of downsizers moving from the local area, so wanted to showcase a modern alternative to the more traditional homes within Rottingdean but at a smaller scale, where each of our three and four-bedroom homes highlight modern amenities and energy efficiency.”
Photos from inside the development show some of the luxury features in the houses. All the homes have “high-end” appliances and smart technology built in as well as underfloor heating and modern kitchens.
Prices start at just under £900,000 with the most expensive homes coming in at £2.2 million.
