A shopping centre has been evacuated while emergency services deal with flooding.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service is currently attending to flooding in Hastings town centre near Priory Meadow Shopping Centre.
People have been urged to remove their cars from the town centre.
South Terrace has been closed due to a burst water main.
There is flooding from Braybrooke Road to A2101 Queens Road.

A fire service spokesman said: “We are assisting in dealing with flooding at the Priory Meadow Shopping Centre, Hastings, which has been evacuated.
“We are continuously monitoring the weather and will continue to mobilise resources as necessary.
“Public safety is a key priority and we would ask members of the public to only contact us in relation to flooding where there is a risk to life.”
A spokesman from Hastings Borough Council said: "East Sussex Fire and Rescue are helping with the flooding in the town centre with a number of appliances. If you have cars parked in the town centre they are advising that you move them."
The shopping centre was also hit by severe flooding earlier this year.
