Police are investigating several instances of drugs washing up along the Sussex coastline.
Armed police were seen this morning in Goring after packages of suspected drugs washed up on the beach.
This is the fourth instance of drugs washing up in West Sussex in under a fortnight.
Sussex Police said the packages will be taken for forensic testing along with the substances which were found in Selsey on October 19, Middleton and Felpham on October 13 and Ferring on October 12.
An investigation is ongoing alongside other agencies to find the source of the substances.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: “The public are reminded of the dangers of illegal drugs and urged not to touch or attempt to remove them. Please report any sightings to police by calling 999.
“If you have any information or footage, contact police online or call 101, quoting serial 313 of 23/10.”
