A man has been arrested after an armed robbery during which supermarket staff were threatened at knifepoint.
The armed robbery happened at the Tesco Express shop in Goring Way, Goring, at around 7.50am yesterday morning.
A total of £150 in cash was taken. No staff were harmed in the robbery.
The robber, who was wearing a balaclava, approached staff at the tills, demanded money and threatened them with a knife, according to police.

A 20-year-old man from the area was arrested today on suspicion of robbery and remains in custody.
Detective sergeant Emma Fields described it as a “frightening ordeal” for the staff.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman said: “The investigation is ongoing and officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the incident.
