Key witnesses are being sought in connection to a rape investigation with a trial set to go ahead in the new year.
Four people are being sought who Sussex Police may be able to help after a woman was allegedly raped near Brighton beach in the early hours of the morning.
Ali Mozaffari, 36, has been charged with rape and is due to face trial in February. Now, Police say that they “work tirelessly” to find the people identified.
Photos released by Sussex Police show three people believed to be in the area around the time of the alleged offence as well as a metal detectorist who was on the beach nearby.
The reported incident is believed to have taken place near King’s Road Arches between 2am and 5.30am on September 10.

A woman in her 40s is being supported by specialist officers.
Detective Chief Inspector Luke Kyriakides-Yeldham said: “We are continuing to work tirelessly to find those responsible for this appalling crime and secure the justice the victim so deserves.
“Our hope is that these images jog the memories of anyone around the beach at that time. Are you one of this group pictured at the beach? Were you along the seafront with a metal detector? We want to speak to you.
“Please get in touch with us as soon as possible online or via 101, quoting Operation Carpenter.”
Police previously identified another man that they wish to speak to in relation to the incident last month.
The man was seen at Brighton Railway Station on the morning of the alleged offence getting a train towards London.
