A retailer has given a sneak peek at its new store.
Marks and Spencer has shared images of the inside of its new Uckfield store in Ashdown Business Park, which will open its doors later this year.
The company said the 15,000 sqft foodhall will offer shoppers a market-feel with a selection of cheeses, as well as displays of produce from M&S select farms.
Shoppers can also visit the in-store bakery for freshly baked breads and pastries or grab a bottle from the M&S wine shop.

As well as creating more than 80 new jobs in the area, the store follows the retailer’s announcement that it plans to invest around £500 million in its store rotation programme, creating over 3,400 new jobs nationwide. The new M&S Uckfield store will be one of the first of twenty new M&S stores that are due to open across the country this year.
Store manager Gavin Boddy, who has worked at M&S for four years, said: “It’s exciting to share a sneak peek of the brand new foodhall design as we look forward to welcoming the community to our new Uckfield store when we open later this year.
“The new foodhall is packed with so many exciting features which we can’t wait to reveal, so we’re counting down the days to finally open the doors so local customers can experience it for themselves.”
