The UK’s biggest Eurovision convention is coming to Brighton to celebrate 50 years since Abba’s famous win.

EurovizCon will host its first event in the city next year, commemorating half a century since the Swedish sensations swept through the competition with their hit Waterloo.

The convention, which will includes an “All Star Eurovision live concert”, will be the first of its kind in the country and will celebrate everything about the singing competition.

Mark Strange, the producer behind the event, said: “’When it comes to live music, there’s nothing more iconic, fun and joyous than Eurovision.
