A man was rescued yesterday after he became trapped under machinery.
Fire crews and the ambulance services were called to the incident in Ash Grove in Pevensey following reports of a man being trapped under a milling machine.
Two fire engines and a number of officers helped rescue the man.
A spokeswoman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue said: “Two fire engines and a number of officers were sent to the incident on Ash Grove after a call at 6.58pm on Saturday, September 18.
“Crews freed a man who was trapped under a milling machine.
“Ambulance crews also attended.”
