Piers Morgan celebrated a proud moment on Wednesday as his youngest son, Bertie Morgan, graduated from Bristol University with a first-class honours degree in Politics and International Relations at the age of 22.
Taking to Instagram, Morgan shared a rare photo of himself with Bertie, both wearing smiles of joy, after the graduation ceremony.
In the caption, Morgan congratulated his son.
He said: "Congrats to my youngest son on gaining a 1st class degree from Bristol University in Politics and International Relations. Great achievement by a great lad who worked incredibly hard. Very proud dad!"
This is not the first time Bertie has achieved academic success, as Morgan previously revealed in 2019 that his son had obtained three A* grades.
Morgan also took the opportunity to praise Wellington College in Berkshire, where Bertie received his education.
At the time, Morgan said: "Congrats No3 @bertie_morgan on your 3 A*s. The apple fell in a different orchard to your old man (I only got ABC)… "Proud of you son, due reward for tremendous work ethic. And thanks to @wellingtoncollege for giving him a superb education. #alevels2019".
Bertie is the youngest of Morgan's three children with his ex-wife, Marion Shalloe.
Morgan also has two older sons, Spencer and Stanley, as well as an 11-year-old daughter named Elise with his second wife, Celia Walden.
