Bus company bosses are to appear in court after an employee was crushed to death by one of their vehicles as it reversed.
Representatives from Eastbourne Buses will take the stand at Eastbourne Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
Bus driver Roy Trundell, 62, of Solway, Hailsham, died at the Birch Road depot on September 4 2006.
A jury at last month's inquest recorded a verdict of accidental death but Health and Safety Executive inspectors have raised concerns about the bus company's safety measures.
Eastbourne Buses faces a charge of failing to ensure reasonable and practical health and safety for employees, including Roy Trundell, between September 6 2005 and September 4 2006.
