Brighton Pride 2023 is just on the horizon now and people may be wondering what items will be banned from certain parts of the event.
This applies more specifically to the Fabuloso in the Park event at Preston Park and the Pride Village Party in Kemptown.
Thousands of people are expected to attend over the weekend, and it would be useful to know what items are prohibited and what the bag policy is to help yourself make it through the queues to these events.
The celebration of the LGBTQ+ community in the city is considered to be the biggest pride event in the UK.
The trains may not be running on Sat 5th Aug, but that won't stop us campaigning, protesting & celebrating

The LGBTQ+ community is facing the threat of its hard fought for rights being eroded, while we are still a long way from equality. We ask people from near and far to stand up for our community and celebrate with us at Pride… pic.twitter.com/iycarjVwXM
