Several Sussex seaside towns have been named among the top 30 in England and Wales.
The study looked at a range of factors including Google reviews, water quality ratings, warmest ocean water temperature and the average cost of parking to find the best locations for a trip to the beach.

Worthing came 20th with a score of 6.67, followed closely by Hastings at 21st with a score of 6.51, Littlehampton at 23rd with a score of 6.37, Bognor at 25th with a score of 6.07 and Eastbourne at 26th with a score of 5.8.
Tynemouth in North Tyneside clinched the top spot, with Weymouth in Dorset winning second place and Poole in Bournemouth placing third.
The data by outdoor clothing company Millets also revealed that there are 199 beaches in the South East of England, the second most after the South West of England which has 452.
