The world’s “smallest pizzeria” on the back of a Vespa is coming to Brighton.
Pizza Pilgrims will be celebrating ten years since opening and want to give out pizza to people from the back of their classic scooter.
Brothers James and Thom Elliott launched their first pizzeria in London at Berwick Street Market in 2013 and now have more than 20 across the UK.
They are meeting the Brighton Vespa Club for a rally and then making pizzas in Brighton.
Founder James said: “It seems crazy that we have been in the pizza game for ten years now.
“It feels like only yesterday my brother Thom and I were in our tuk-tuk on the market in Soho. It’s been an amazing dough-filled decade and we are so proud of what Pizza Pilgrims has become.
“Our passion for pizza and the city of Napoli has only grown over the years and we are so excited to share what we found on our latest pilgrimage and introduce the people of England to our mad pizza vespa.
“Bring on ten more years.”
The “pizza vespa” will be in Regency Square today at 5.30pm.
