Trains are currently delayed due to a signalling fault leaving delays on some services.
Services between Brighton and Gatwick Airport are being disrupted by the fault which is causing trains to run at reduced speeds.
The fault, near Hassocks, means that there are delays on southbound services of up to ten minutes.
A Govia Thameslink Railway spokesman said: “A fault with the signalling system between Gatwick Airport and Brighton means that fewer trains are able to run between these stations.

“As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised.”
The issue also means that fewer trains are able to run between Gatwick Airport and Brighton.
Gatwick Express services will also only run from London Victoria to Gatwick Airport rather than all the way to Brighton.
Disruption is expected until 9am.
