A homeless man carrying a baseball bat in a city centre road has been fined by the courts.
Dragomer Stoyanov, of no fixed address, was sentenced for possessing the offensive weapon in Kings Road, Brighton, on June 2.
Brighton Magistrates' Court sentenced the 28-year-old to a community order and a total fine of £114.00 during a hearing on July 19.
As part of the order, he must comply with any instructions from the responsible officer, attend appointments, and participate in required activities for up to 10 days.
The court also seized the baseball bat.
