As we go into day four of the Royal Albion hotel fire, here's everything you need to know about road closures and bus routes in the city.
As plans for the demolition of the wreckage proceed in King's Road, Brighton, there is heavy traffic in the area.
A small section of the A259 King's Road directly outside the hotel remains closed.
The Old Steine reopened last night meaning Coaster buses coming from East Sussex could return to their normal route.
However, there is heavy traffic in the area so some buses are not going up North Street and to Brighton Station.
A spokesman for Brighton and Hove Buses said: "With apologies, due to congestion in the Old Steine and North Street area our 12,12A,12X, 13X, 14 will all be terminating and restarting at the Sealife Centre Bus Stop."
This is due to continue until 2.45pm tonight.
Additionally, service 7 will divert via Upper Gloucester Road, Buckingham Road and Dyke Road in both directions, Queens Road will not be served.
Services 22, 24, 26,28,29 48 and 50 will be terminating and restarting at Old Steine.
Service 49 will be terminating and restarting at Palmeira Square going towards Portslade.
Traffic in the town centre remains heavier than normal as motorists are diverted from the King's Road and into the city.
