These are the roads that are closed in Brighton following the Royal Albion Hotel fire.
The A259 Kings Road is closed in both directions from Queens Hotel up to the Sealife Centre roundabout.
The Old Steine is inside a cordon but traffic can access North Street.
Highlighted in orange is the current road closures.
Vehicles are diverting before Legends nightclub up towards New Steine and Edward Street.
There are delays of more than ten minutes in the area.
The Palace Pier remains open and access to Madeira Drive is permitted.
