Aerial pictures show the extent of the damage to the Royal Albion hotel after fire gutted the inside of the West Wing.
Swathes of the historic hotel’s building have been ripped away with significant burn damage to the interior.
The fire is now entering its third day after hundreds of people watched the blaze from the roadside on Saturday afternoon.
Drone pictures supplied to The Argus on Sunday show the inside of the building after the fire ripped through four flours of the hotel.
A bystander who witnessed the scene this morning reported another collapse of the building in the early hours.
Smoke still smoulders from the roof of the remains of the building where fire crews are continuing to treat the scene.
