Katie Price has sparked concern among fans after revealing her low-calorie diet.
In a TikTok video shared on Thursday, the 45-year-old former glamour model showcased her daily meals, which amounted to a total calorie intake of just 993.
She gave her followers a tour of her kitchen cupboards, filled with products from the skinnyfoodco brand.
Her day began with a golden syrup-flavoured instant porridge and a cup of coffee, followed by a snack bar while on her way to a meeting.
For lunch, Katie made a ham, cheese, and garlic mayo sandwich, and ended her day with a green Thai curry, Konjac rice, and a cookie for dessert.
Katie explained in the video's caption that she has been using skinnyfoodco products as a healthier alternative.
She said: "I’ve used @skinnyfoodco products for many years now as healthier alternative products they’re great for prepping that summer body!
"Here’s what I eat in a day when calorie counting to ensure I’m in a calorie deficit and maintaining a balanced diet.
"Huge thanks to Skinny Food Co for putting so many great products back on the menu."
However, many fans expressed their concern in the comments section.
Some worried about the absence of nutrition in Katie's meals, questioning the lack of fresh fruit and vegetables, and criticizing the absence of salad on her sandwich.
One person said: "No vegetables, salad on sandwich or fruit anywhere in sight."
Another said: "993 calories isn't enough for a whole day."
Others praised Katie for looking happy and healthy, and others were impressed by her "fantastic" kitchen, commending her interior design skills.
One person said that her house was "totally beautiful" and that Katie's "interior design skills are spot on".
The National Health Service (NHS) recommends a daily calorie intake of 2,000 for women and 2,500 for men.
