A vegan café has opened its second site in an Airstream trailer after success in the city centre.
Tiger Eats Carrot opened in London Road, Brighton, where it serves falafels, salad boxes and other plant-based favourites.
Now, building on that success, the couple behind it, Jacob Richardson and Kate Brigden, will now open their trailer at the 18th century Moulsecoomb Place house.
They said: “We are excited to be a part of bringing Moulsecoomb Place lawns back to life and look forward to welcoming the local community to the Airstream.”
Tiger Eats Carrot prides itself on its plant-based food and sustainability mission including serving customers on homemade pottery.

The Airstream trailer seats ten people inside and also has space for outside seating during warm summer months.
Included on the menu at the Moulsecoomb site are falafel wraps and homemade pickles as well as sweet treats and triple chocolate brownies.
The Airstream was provided by Moulsecoomb Place owner Richard Upton, who said: “Moulsecoomb Place will be a hive of activies for years to come. Tiger Eats Carrot is just the start.”
Tiger Eats Carrot in Moulsecoomb Place is open Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
