Emergency services have been called to a fire at an industrial unit near a railway station.
Fire crews are at the scene of the blaze in Tarring Road, Worthing, close to West Worthing station.
At least two fire engines and five firefighters have been spotted at the site of the incident.
The road is closed in both directions while the fire services deal with the situation.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service has been approached for comment.
