Motorists who have faced more than a month of heavy traffic at a busy junction are hoping the jams are over as a damaged slip road has now been repaired.
There have been delays on the A27 Shoreham Flyover for weeks after a two-car crash damaged the exit slip road at the Steyning turn-off on April 30.
One man was taken to hospital after the accident and part of the A27 at Shoreham was closed while emergency services were at the scene.
National Highways installed temporary concrete barriers so repairs could take place.
The exit ramp and one lane were closed, leading to big traffic queues.
