Police want to speak with this man over reports that swastikas were painted on a town’s Ukrainian memorial.
Officers said they want to speak with him in relation to an incident of racially-aggravated criminal damage in Chapel Road, Worthing, between 3pm and 4pm on Sunday, May 14.
They are asking anyone who recognises him to come forward.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Investigators believe the man pictured has information that could assist with their ongoing enquiries and are asking him, or anyone who recognises him, to get in touch.”
Anyone with information can contact police online or by calling 101 quoting serial 801 of 14/05.
