“Cycling is one of the best ways to explore our wonderful city. It's a healthy, safe and sustainable way to travel around.
“We're so happy to help some people with their first experience of riding around the city and what wonderful weather we're having to do it in.”
The free event will be marshalled by professionals to keep the cyclists safe.
Those wanting to take part should be at the Hove Peace Statue for 1.30pm today, Saturday, for a 2pm start.
