A survey ranking the most driver-friendly cities in the UK has placed Brighton near the top of the list.
The city was ranked second in the country for how easy it is to own a car in the area, topped only by Coventry.
The survey takes in a number of factors such as cheap parking and petrol and Brighton is reported to have the cheapest fuel in the UK.
Motorists are also reported to be happiest, with a high percentage of positive tweets about driving in Brighton. It also has many charging points for electric vehicles.
Sam Sheehan, motoring editor for survey commissioners Cinch, said: “The aim of our research was to find the standout cities in the UK that provide optimal conditions for car drivers.

“Whether you have an Audi A1 or a BMW i8, the top-ranking cities offer an appealing combination of factors that can make drivers’ lives more comfortable and convenient as they hit the road.”
The survey looked at the 25 most populated cities in the UK and ranked them based on the price of parking and petrol, congestion, the number of electric vehicle charging points and the highest percentage of positive tweets about driving.
