Hastings has been ranked inside the top 20 UK seaside spots to get fish and chips according to research from the travel site Omio.
Using Tripadvisor data, the research ranked UK locations based on the number of fish and chip shops, the average rating and the average number of reviews.
Hastings came 11th in the list, just missing out on a top 10 spot behind Margate in Kent.
It was found to have 55 fish and chip establishments on Tripadvisor, with the average rating being 4.15/5.
Additionally, the average number of reviews per establishment was 323.
