A popular gift store in the city will close next week.
Sass and Belle in Bond Street, Brighton, is an outlet store selling the brand's gifts and homeware items at discounted prices.
It has been in North Laine for about ten years.
The store's closure means Sass and Belle will have just one physical store remaining in the UK - its flagship branch in London's Covent Garden.
The Brighton branch has been seen with large posters in the windows alerting shoppers to its closing down clearance.
The posters read: "Closing down clearance. Extra 50 per cent off."

It comes as another gift shop in North Laine closed last week.
Rose Hill Boutique in Kensington Gardens, which has been in business for 12 years, has now shut its doors for good.
Staff in Sass and Belle said that they were now trying to sell off as much stock as possible before the store closes on May 29.
Any stock which is not sold will be returned to the warehouse to be sold online or in the London branch.
