Motorists are facing delays of up to an hour as roadworks close one lane of a major road.
People heading eastbound on the A27 from Holmbush to Lancing are facing severe delays while road works take place.
There are also long delays and slow traffic on A27 Old Shoreham Road Westbound from A283 Steyning Road (Steyning turn off) to A2025 Grinstead Lane (Sompting Roundabout).
Lane closures are in place while the planned works are carried out by Southern Water.
Reportedly, the works are expected to be finished by rush hour tomorrow evening.
