There are severe delays and two mile queues on the A27 this morning.
Delays are around 20 minutes due to roadworks near Selmeston between Lewes and Polegate.
Queues are stretching back all the way to the Drusillas roundabout on the westbound side.
On the eastbound side, queues are stretching back to West Firle.

Queues on the westbound side are around two miles long currently.
The average speed in the area is around five miles per hour currently.
It comes following a multimillion National Highways project called the A27 East of Lewes scheme.
