Footage released by police shows the moment a Tory councillor was arrested for drink driving.
Joe Miller, 28, was serving as a councillor for Rottingdean Coastal ward on Brighton and Hove City Council when he was charged with driving a black BMW 420 on the A27 at Hollingbury while over the limit.
The charge states he had 134 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millitres of blood in his system, the legal limit being 80 milligrams.
The police dashcam footage shows him driving on the dual carriageway.
The unmarked police car's dashboard shows speeds of more than 85mph as it tries to pull Miller over.
In the footage, Miller says: “I’m a bit worried I may be over the limit.
"I’ve been shooting today and I had a glass of wine at lunch.”
The newly released video is just an excerpt of the footage which was shown in court when his trial commenced on March 24.
Miller, who is no longer a Brighton and Hove City Councillor, initially failed to provide a breath sample when he was pulled over by police, the court was told at the start of his trial.

In police bodycam footage seen by the court, it took ten attempts, and he was sucking rather than blowing on the breathalyser, or not blowing for long enough for a sample to be taken.
An officer directing Miller on giving a breath sample after the eighth attempt said: "What are you not understanding? Because at the moment you are just messing me around. It is not difficult."
The policeman said: "Just blow like you blow up a balloon. You must have blown up a balloon in your lifetime.”
“I haven’t," Miller replied.
He was arrested for failing to provide a specimen, and once handcuffed and in the car, he was given one last chance to use the breathalyser, as the video shows.
The former councillor has been represented by John Dye, who has previously represented Alan Carr’s ex-husband Paul Drayton on drink-driving charges.
Mr Dye has also defended Katie Price and footballer Jack Grealish. Prosecuting the case today was Dominic Dudowski.
In the released footage, after a ninth failed attempt, Miller tells police he had drunk a glass of wine at lunch, which the prosecution suggest proves he was deliberately not providing a breath sample.
Other videos shown to the court have not been released to protect Miller's privacy.
He was seen hyperventilating in the custody centre, saying “I can’t breathe” and was in a visibly panicked state.
Footage also showed a police custody officer telling Miller to calm down and directing him to breathe slowly, in through his nose and out through his mouth.
The trial has been adjourned until June 16 as there was not enough time for all the evidence to be heard.
Joanne Caffrey, a legal expert for the defence, has now travelled down to Brighton from Orkney to give evidence four times.
Her evidence was not heard once again and she will appear for a fifth time as the case has been adjourned part heard.
